Not using a subscription you signed up for is not a reason to leave a 1-star review that affects us when we haven't done anything wrong. Seems you canceled it yourself successfully, so not sure what your problem is. Either way, please contact support if you need any help!
I've never made an explainer video before. I watched one simple video on Youtube, I subscribed and made my first explainer video thereafter. This is a superb resource for anyone wanting to make explainer videos and wanting to have access to royalty free stock animations or gifs. I recommend it with pleasure & I rarely post reviews!

The site is very nice, but there are two important things
the first . We are in the age of wars and there is a huge rise in prices, and it is not very practical to buy each item individually. Please provide us with a monthly, quarterly and yearly plan.
secondly . Here are a lot of characters, we also need a lot of animated scenes

Hi, this is Eduard, founder of VideoPlasty. We haven't really changed our pricing in years to adjust for inflation at all, so if anything, we make less money. And regardless, I don't think you go and give 3-star reviews to restaurants or car brands only because they are expensive. And even now, do you go give low ratings to all the small businesses that raised prices due to inflation?
I think your review is not really fair at all, since you said it yourself, you find the site is VERY NICE.
I purchased and downloaded a motion package and couldn't open or use them in my premiere pro video.

Very good material but most of them are quite expensive and not accessible to the public .. I only downloaded the free ones unfortunately ..

That's a ridiculous rating. Do you also give Ferrari or Lamborghinis 1-star ratings because they're out of your price range? As a matter of fact, our platform is actually ridiculously affordable. Many charge over $100 for a single use license, while we offer a ton of assets at a fraction of that with unlimited use license.
I inadvertently downloaded the incorrect version of the files I required to complete a PowerPoint project. Within minutes, Eduard had contacted me asking me if I had meant to download those specific files. When I replied that I had "messed up", he immediately sent me a link to download the correct files for free. Such fantastic service! Thanks Eduard

It's a very good stock marketplace for animation, one that I didn't know about until recently. Indeed, the catalog is still fairly small, but I'm sure it will grow a lot more in the near future. I loved how easy it was to use, just drag & drop the clips on the timeline and the animation was ready to use!

We were brainstorming imagery for a movie and wondered, I wish i could just buy a stock animation. After a search we discovered videoplasty! So easy and so many options available within our search. I love the diverse character set!! REALLY HELPFUL! You are saving our product video. Also made the checkout purchase very quick! Solved our problem in 20 min! The company addressed my concerns and corrected the issue I had with some of the files within a package I purchased. The motion graphics are adding the important motion I need to keep my learners engaged throughout the training.
